- Application Form for Reference Services (A4)
Use this form when you cannot identify the location of material you need or when you do not know how to search what you want to know.
- Inter-Library Loan Request Form (A4)
Use this form to order materials or its photocopy from other university or external institution (expenses will be charged to users).
- Application Form for Letter of Introduction (A4)
Use this form to visit an external library for reading or using photocopying services in the library. (The application form must be submitted a few days in advance).
- Application Form for Library Use Guidance (A4)
Use this form to apply for the Genaral Library's guidance session for the university's classes, seminars or laboratories.
Three courses are provided: the introductory course, the course on how to search materials, and the specialized field course. Apply at the researcher counter on the first floor of the Genaral Library.
- Application Form for Issuance of ID Card (Doctoral Course) (A4)
Use this form to apply for issuance of ID card for a person who has completed a doctoral course in Kansai University or a person who leaves the university after earning designated credits
- Request Form for Book Purchase (A4)
Use this form to request purchase of books unavailable in the university's libraries.
- Request Form for Valuable Material Purchase (A4)
Attach this form to the Request Form for Book Purchase when the material you request to purchase is priced at 500,000 yen or more.
- Request Form for Material Subscription (A4)
Use this form to request subscription of magazines or other materials published continuously without a period defined. *Only full-time faculty members can apply for the service.
- Application Form for Permission to Enter the Stack Room (A4)
All the third and fourth grade students of the university can use this form to apply for permission to enter the stack room for the purpose of preparation of a graduation theses, report, etc.
- Application Form for Using Group Study Room (A4)
Use this form to apply for using the Group Study Room on the third floor in the Gneral Library. (Usage for club or circle activities will not be accepted.)
